Thank you for your interest in staying at Prime Pet Friendly Tourist Park.

Please refer to the following conditions which apply to all reservations.

PAYMENT

We ask for a small Booking Fee at the time of placing a reservation which is not refundable, but will be held for 12 months if you are unable to arrive due to State Government Covid Directives. It may also be possible to transfer the booking fee to alternative dates if more than 48 hours notice can be given for a change of plans.  Full payment for the reservation as booked is due upon arrival, and we accept cash or Credit/Debit card.

We offer and recommend taking out Cancellation Insurance at the time of making a reservation if you choose to pay in full. Payments held against a reservation are not refundable from Prime Pet Friendly Tourist Park and must be directed to the Insurance Company named on the policy if purchased.

CANCELLATION

The Booking Fee cannot be refunded for cancelled bookings. Reservations may be transferred to another date, subject to availability at Park Owner’s discretion.  Transfers & all changes to the reservation must be made at least 48 Hours before arrival date, and are only valid for 12 months from original booking date, unless the cancellation is due to a pandemic or natural disaster that forces a Park closure.

MINIMUM STAY

Minimum nights bookings may apply during long weekends, special events, Easter, school holidays etc, and due to the extra costs since the Covid Pandemic, we can no longer offer single night stays for any of our accommodation options.

CHANGES

It is your responsibility to advise of any changes to your booking 48 hours prior to your arrival, including changes to the nights booked or number of Guests. Any change from your original booking may result in additional charges being made to your account.

CHECK IN

Check in times are from 11.30 am for Sites and 2.00 pm for Cabins & Cottages. Arrival times must be estimated at time of making reservation or the day before arrival, and we prefer all arrivals during daylight hours. Late Arrivals may incur an extra fee after the Office has closed.

CHECK OUT

Check out time is before 10.30 am. This is to allow for cleaning and maintenance. Late check out may be available at certain times, & special half day rates may apply. Please ask park owners for more information the day before check out.

ACCOMMODATION BOND

Valid Credit Card details will be requested for each reservation, as a guarantee that Cabins/Cottages, will be left in a clean and tidy condition and that our policy of no smoking has been respected. Any additional cleaning or repair costs incurred due to damage or smoking inside the Cabin/Cottage/Van, will be charged to your credit card.

PET CONTRACT

All Pet Owners must sign and abide to our conditions of stay before check in.

A $1.00 fee will be charged per dog/per night which is donated to Animal Aid on behalf of your pet.

PRICE

Management reserves the right to change prices without notice, however all efforts will be made to honour pricing quoted at the time of making a reservation.
