Prime Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in staying at Prime Pet Friendly Tourist Park.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Please refer to the following conditions which apply to all reservations.

PAYMENT

A non-refundable booking fee is required for all Reservations. The full Balance is due and
payable on arrival, or can paid by instalments if booked online. It is not refundable for
early departures. Cash, EFTPOS and Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards are accepted
on arrival.

CANCELLATION

Booking Fee refunds are not available. Cancellation Insurance is recommended & offered
at time of reservation being made when booking online. Bookings may be transferred to
another date, subject to availability and only at Park Owner’s discretion. Transfers must
be made at least 5 days before arrival date, and are only valid for 6 months from original
booking date, unless cancellation is due to a pandemic or natural disaster that closes the
Park to Guests.

MINIMUM STAY

Minimum nights bookings may apply during peak periods, weekends & special events.

CHANGES

Any changes to your booking must be made prior to arrival, including changes to the
nights booked or number of Guests. Any change from your original booking may result in
additional charges being made to your account.

CHECK IN

Check in times are from 11.30 am for Sites and 2.00 pm for Cabins, Vans & Cottages.
Arrival times must be estimated at time of making reservation or the morning of arrival,
and we prefer all Site arrivals during daylight hours.
Late Arrivals may incur an extra fee after the Office has closed.

Arrivals are not accepted on Sunday’s in order to allow for late check outs & some family time for the Owners.

CHECK OUT

Check out time is before 10.30 am. This is to allow for cleaning and maintenance. Late
check out may be available at certain times, & special half day rates may apply. Please
ask park owners for more information the day before check out. A 12 Noon check out is
offered on Sundays and at the end of all Public Holiday long weekends.

ACCOMMODATION BOND

Valid Credit/Debit Card details will be requested for each reservation as a guarantee that
all accommodations will be left in a clean and tidy condition and that our no smoking inside
policy has been respected. Any additional cleaning or repair costs incurred due to damage
or smoking inside the Cabin/Cottage/Van, will be charged to your card.

PET CONTRACT

All Pet Owners must sign and abide to our conditions of stay, before check in.
PRICE Management reserves the right to change prices without notice, however all efforts will
be made to honour price quoted when making a reservation.
